The collection includes the largest, thinnest, and lightest glasses with the widest base diameter ever produced on machine. Perfectly balanced and with the look and feel of a handmade glass. Each glass carries a grape-varietal specific code on the center of the base to identify the grape-variety. This item is premium machine-made. “PREMIUM” defines the advantage of a machine blown RIEDEL glass vs. a hand-made glass.
The difference lies within the precision. Since RIEDEL glasses are fine-tuned instruments that support your wine enjoyment, we must make sure that there are no variances in the execution of the bowl and rim diameter, which is the key to our philosophy! Delivery Information
We aim to deliver within 3 working days within Hong Kong, and 5 working days to Macau. Orders that require engraving will take around 7-10 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Requests for returns and exchanges will be reviewed and handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of Town House. To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be in original, full working condition, be returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase to our flagship stores in Prince’s Building within 7 days.
Sale and promotional items, however, are not eligible for return or exchange.
