This set features four tumblers with different base colors: azure-blue, purple, cinnabar red and orange. Designed in 2004, RIEDEL The O Wine Tumbler was the first varietal-specific wine tumbler in history. O is an innovative take on the casual wine glass, based on the benchmark shapes of RIEDEL's Vinum series. Better yet, the O Tumbler fits into every dishwasher so broken stems are a thing of the past. Delivery Information
We aim to deliver within 3 working days within Hong Kong, and 5 working days to Macau. Orders that require engraving will take around 7-10 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Requests for returns and exchanges will be reviewed and handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of Town House. To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be in original, full working condition, be returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase to our flagship stores in Prince’s Building within 7 days.
Sale and promotional items, however, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Town House reserves the right to make the final decision.
Refund & Replacement Policy

If your item arrives damaged or in non-working condition, we will issue a full refund or replace it free of charge. Simply email enquiry@townhouse.com.hk with a picture of your damaged item, or bring the item to our flagship stores in Prince’s Building within 7 days of receiving your product, and our team will get back to you with the arrangements.
