Hukka Design produces homeware made from Finnish soapstone, an incredibly dense yet soft rock formed over 2.3 billion years ago. The properties of soapstone make it the perfect companion for your kitchen or bar. Its density means it can absorb and retain heat and coolness for extended periods of time. However, despite this, it does not absorb liquids or flavours, nor does it leach into your favourite food or beverage.

Delivery Information
We aim to deliver within 3 working days within Hong Kong, and 5 working days to Macau. Orders that require engraving will take around 7-10 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Requests for returns and exchanges will be reviewed and handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of Town House. To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be in original, full working condition, be returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase to our flagship stores in Prince’s Building within 7 days.
Sale and promotional items, however, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Town House reserves the right to make the final decision.
Refund & Replacement Policy
We take pride in ensuring that all of our products deliver on their promise, are in working order and are shipped with care.
If your item arrives damaged or in non-working condition, we will issue a full refund or replace it free of charge. Simply email enquiry@townhouse.com.hk with a picture of your damaged item, or bring the item to our flagship stores in Prince’s Building within 7 days of receiving your product, and our team will get back to you with the arrangements.
