DELIVERY, RETURN & EXCHANGE

At Town House, everything revolves around serving our customers with thought and care. Our pledge is to always make things right if we do not meet your expectations. 

Delivery and pick-up policy

 

Town House only delivers within Hong Kong SAR. 

 

Within Hong Kong, we deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay. We do not deliver to the rest of Lantau Island or other Outlying Islands.

Orders are dispatched twice a week from our warehouse, and are usually delivered within 3 working days.

We do not deliver during public holidays or on weekends. 

We offer the following delivery options:

 

  • Free in-store pick up: You may choose to collect your order in-person at our flagship stores* in Prince’s Building. Allow 3 working days for your order to be dispatched to the store. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.

 

  • Free shipping: All orders valued at HK$1,000 or above (after promotions, coupons or sales) are eligible for free standard shipping. This does not apply to orders shipped to Discovery Bay.

  • Standard shipping (excluding Lantau & Islands): A flat fee of HK$50 is charged for all orders valued below HK$1,000. Allow for 5 working days from the time of purchase for your order to arrive. 

  • Standard shipping to Tung Chung: A flat fee of HK$70 is charged for all orders valued below HK$1,000. Allow for 5 working days from the time of purchase for your order to arrive. 

  • Standard shipping to Discovery Bay: A flat fee of HK$180 is charged for all orders. Allow for 5 working days from the time of purchase for your order to arrive. 

Refund and replacement policy

 

We take pride in ensuring that all of our products deliver on their promise, are in working order and are shipped with care.

 

If your item arrives damaged or in non-working condition, we will issue a full refund or replace it free of charge. Simply email enquiry@townhouse.com.hk with a picture of your damaged item, or bring the item to our flagship stores* in Prince’s Building within 7 days of receiving your product, and our team will get back to you with the arrangements.

 

Return and exchange policy

 

Requests for returns and exchanges will be reviewed and handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of Town House. To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be in original, full working condition, be returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase to our flagship stores* in Prince’s Building within 7 days. 

 

Town House reserves the right to make the final decision.
