Delivery to Hong Kong
Within Hong Kong, we deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay. We do not deliver to the rest of Lantau Island or other Outlying Islands.
Orders are dispatched twice a week from our warehouse, and are delivered around 3 working days. We do not deliver during public holidays or on weekends.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Free in-store pick up: You may choose to collect your order in-person at our shops in Prince’s Building* and K11 Art Mall**. Allow around 3 working days for your order to be dispatched to the store. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
- Free shipping: All orders valued at HK$1,000 or above (after promotions, coupons or sales) are eligible for free standard shipping.
- Standard shipping (Hong Kong, Kowloon, NT, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay): A flat fee of HK$100 is charged for all orders valued below HK$1,000. Allow for around 3 working days from the time of purchase for your order to arrive.

Delivery to Macau
Orders are dispatched twice a week from our warehouse, and are usually delivered around 7 working days. We do not deliver during public holidays or on weekends.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Free shipping: All orders valued at HK$2,000 or above (after promotions, coupons or sales) are eligible for free standard shipping.
- Standard shipping: A flat fee of HK$180 is charged for all orders valued below HK$2,000. Allow for around 7 working days from the time of purchase for your order to arrive.
We deliver within Asia on orders valued at HK$2,000 or above. All shipping fees are quoted separately depending on destination and weight, and need to be paid for by the customer. Any local taxes or customs clearance fees also need to be borne by the customer.
Since international deliveries are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure items are carefully packed, they take around two weeks to process.
Payments for international orders are accepted by PayPal.

Refund & Replacement Policy
We take pride in ensuring that all of our products deliver on their promise, are in working order and are shipped with care.
If your item arrives damaged or in non-working condition, we will issue a full refund or replace it free of charge. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of your damaged item, or bring the item to our flagship stores* in Prince’s Building within 7 days of receiving your product, and our team will get back to you with the arrangements.
Return & Exchange Policy
Requests for returns and exchanges will be reviewed and handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of Town House. To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be in original, full working condition, be returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase to our flagship stores* in Prince’s Building within 7 days. Town House reserves the right to make the final decision.

After you transfer, simply email proof of payment (e.g. a screenshot) to email@example.com. Once we verify that payment has been received, we will process and ship your order. We offer a free gift-wrapping and gift card service on all orders of HK$1,000 and above. If you require gift-wrapping or a gift card, please indicate this in the remarks upon checkout.

If you would like include a pre-recorded video message with your gift card in order to make a truly personal impression, we can help! We will include a QR code in the card that links to your video greeting. Please indicate this in the remarks upon checkout, and then we will follow up with you to send us a link to a 30-second video.
