From its beginnings in the 1960s as a welcoming family shop in Hong Kong, Town House has grown into a respected curator of international homewares, shaped by a commitment to personal service and a love of beautifully made pieces that carry their own stories. We also provide a wholesale service, run frequent events and provide a number of services to customers.

RETAIL

Town House’s first retail store was opened in 1970 at Ocean Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui. It primarily sold wooden handicrafts, silverware and home accessories, and was the main retail distributor of Swarovski in Hong Kong.

Today, Town House operates seven retail establishments throughout the city, selling a wide range of premium homeware, tableware, accessories and gift brands to local consumers and tourists. Our retail philosophy is simple: we treat customers like family. This is why our customers are repeat customers, many of whom have been buying from us for decades. Our staff takes great pride in getting to know our customers and offering them a truly personalised experience.

Personalisation

Add a personal touch to your product bought at Town House. Our personalisation service includes options to engrave a hallmarked sterling silver photo frame to commemorate the birth of a child or the engraving of a soon-to-be-married couple’s name on a larger quantity of wine glasses. In addition, Town House offers a variety of personalisation services such as engraving, sandblasting, silkscreen printing, and laser engraving

Restoration

Ensure that your invaluable family heirloom, or your favourite set of silverware are protected and retain their full lustre and value. Town House offers silver re-plating and restoration services through our silversmiths in Hong Kong (who are a disappearing breed) or by highly skilled silversmith artisans in England or Italy.
